| Certification
Typically, we spend about 40 hours with our new EnduraTite
Licensed System Partners (including two full days in our office). During this
time, we cover the entire range of topics from building science related to
insulation, equipment operation, spray techniques, sales, marketing, even job
estimating and costing. EnduraPolymers principals have sold more than $1,000,000
of insulation jobs in their first three years of business, and they will share
with you their sales techniques, success stories and also stories where things
didn't go so well. In summary, you'll get a first hand account of what it takes
to be successful, and you will shave off months of potentially painful learning
experiences by going through this training. EnduraPolymers takes pride in its
successful System Partners, and we'll put in every effort possible to help our
ESPs to get started fast.
All participants must pass a written quiz to become a
certified EnduraTite Licensed System Partner (ESP). The quiz cover areas such
building science related to insulation, calculation of R values, basic
polyurethane chemistry, relevant building codes and spray techniques.
Upon completion, the participant will receive a certificate.
Our certificates do expire after a period. This allows us to recertify our ESPs
for consistent field qualification.
